- A copy of your valid passport
- A current address
- Purchase and rental agreements of your rental units
- If you are already a tax-payer, we would need your last tax declaration and the corresponding tax certificate
- All the rent related expenses you had in the years concerned such as renovations, travels, mortgages, management, translations, bank fees, etc
Once we have received your answer, we will send you our working contract, our fee agreement and a power of attorney in order for us to represent you before the German tax authorities.
Since we serve a large number of clients, we organize our workflow according to the order in which down payments have been collected. Therefore, you will also receive a deposit bill with payment instructions.
After we have received both the signed contracts and the payment, we‘ll start our work. You shall provide all relevant documentation of your income and expenses – or you should instruct your management company to do so.
Once we have done our assessment and calculations, we will send you your documents for signature, which you then send back to us and we will transmit them to the tax office. We will then clear any questions the authorities might have, obtain the final tax certificate and send it to you with payment instructions, hoping to hear from you next year.
